Tony Vance is relieved to have a virtually full squad available again for the visit of Ascot United on Saturday afternoon.

After a run of four tough games that have been impacted by preparation for the Muratti semi-final, a wealth of experience returns for an important clash that could see the Green Lions reel their visitors back in.

All eight GFC regulars that played in Alderney are back in contention for selection as the Sarnians look to turnaround a slump in form that has seen them lose their last four.

The list of those available includes Sam Murray, who made his return off the bench after injury against Uxbridge.

Guernsey could move above Sutton Common Rovers into 15th, and within three points of Ascot with a game in hand.

The Yellas have eased any lingering fears of relegations with three wins in their last six. The only previous meeting between the two sides saw Guernsey go down 4-0 at the Racecourse Ground.
