Guernsey FC Women added six more points, 14 more goals and two more clean sheets to their record after another successful double header in Jersey on Sunday afternoon.

Anna Gauvain's side are now nine points clear at the top of the JFA Women's combination as they moved past the halfway stage in their season, and have now scored 50 league goals in just seven games this season.

Guernsey handed a debut to Kellie Creed and a first start for Isla Anderson, while defender Scarlett Keanneally started in goal as Anna Gauvain shuffled the pack to keep her senior players fresh for the second game. 

They got their noses in front early as Kirstie Marquis turned into an unguarded net for her first goal for the club after ISla Anderson had beaten the Sports Club goalkeeper to a long pass.

Codie Le Flem made it two on 41 minutes just moments after coming on, chipping the keeper from just outside the area for her first goal in four games. Isla Anderson marked her full debut with her first goal three minutes later to reward an energetic display, making it 3-0 at the break from the angle after Le Flem had intercepted a goal kick and set her up.

The home keeper got a hand to Gracia van Zutphen's drive just before the hour but couldn't keep it out, and van Zutphen then played in Marquis to secure a brace with three minutes left as her shot squirmed under the home stopper.

Gauvain sent out the big guns in this our Calleigh Hedley and Chloe Ingrouille added four goals each to their GFCW tallies to help take the Green Lionesses to the 50 goal mark in the league this season.

Ingrouille opened the scoring inside 90 seconds after good work from Le Flem, tucking home a loose ball after a cross from the left had initially been blocked. Then a brilliant individual effort from Hedley doubled the lead as she danced through two challenges and found the bottom corner from the edge of the box.

Le Flem and Ingrouille combined again as the former accelerated past the right-back and crossed for the latter to head home from six yards. She then secured her first hat-trick for the club with a simple tap in from Elise Le Lacheur's cross.

A fantasitc lob by Le Flem from way out earned her second goal of the day fto make it five with just a quarter of the game one, while Ingrouille's made the most of a fortunate ricochet on the edge of the box to slot in her fourth and make it six the Green Lionesses before half-time.

Hedley got her second at the near post after brilliant work down the left by Le Lacheur on 54 mintues, then completed her hat-trick five minutes later, curling home from the edge of the box after being set free by Donna Gallienne. She added one more for good measure to match Ingrouille's haul and make the final score 9-0, tucking home after collected from Adrienne Leech and driving inside from the right touchline.
