Steve Sharman
Coaching Staff
Steve is an UEFA A Licence Coach. Part of Tony Vance’s coach staff since our formation in 2011, Steve has taken charge of the side along with Colin Fallaize on the rare occasions that Tony has been absent.
He is also the Guernsey FA manager and led the island representative side to a gold medal at the Island Games in Jersey in 2015 and more recently Bronze in Gotland. Previous Coaching positions in the UK include British Universities Coach and the England Universities Coach and Manager. Sharman was a Director of Football University of Warwick and has coached in China, South Korea, Kenya and USA.
