Tom Evans’ goal on the quarter-hour mark was a setback, but the Green Lions recovered well with Ross Allen levelling on the half-hour.
Glyn Dyer turned the game around shortly before the half-hour, with Dave Rihoy making the game safe with just over 15 minutes remaining.
The Sarnians will now face fancied big name Spennymoor Town of the North East of England over a two-legged semi-final, with the first leg to take place at Footes Lane.
