Guernsey FC’s trip to league leaders Haywards Heath Town has been postponed.
The call-off is due to ongoing flight disruptions caused by Storm Austen.
We will announce a new date in due course.
Guernsey FC Women’s away form has been key for them this season and they will look to keep that up at AFC Varsity on Sunday and prevent a third straight league defeat.
The Green Lionsesses could just up to fourth in the Southern Region Women’s Division One South table with a win. AFC Varsity have only played three league games so far but are unbeaten. They finished 12th in the last campaign.
Alana Hockey, Mollie Watson, Elise Le Lacheur and Calleigh Hedley are unavailable from the squad that faced AFC Stoneham last Sunday, but Heidi Dawber is involved for the first time this season. Aimee Ogier is set to become the fifth player to reach 40 appearances, while Codie Le Flem is now one goal away from becoming only the second player to hit 20 goals and Ruby Smith is one shy of reaching double figures.
Anna Gauvain’s full squad is as follows: Emma Queripel, Scarlett Kenneally, Elenista Lambrou, Aimee Ogier, Zakiyya Qasim, Candice Bougourd, Donna Gallienne, Amy Dallamore, Heidi Dawber, Adrienne Leech, Codie Le Flem, Eryn James, Ruby Smith.
