Guernsey can put themselves within a point of sealing a play-off place with victory at Roffey on Saturday afternoon as part of a bumper Easter Weekend.
The Green Lions need four points to secure top five but will want to have it sewn up as soon as possible and keep themselves in a strong position to secure a home semi-final. Assuming one of Eastbourne United, Newhaven and Pagham win, Tony Vance’s side will have the chance to finish the job off on Monday at home to Forest Row.
Win those two games, and Guernsey will be certain to close the gap on the top two, as second-placed Haywards Heath Town face leaders Steyning Town on Bank Holiday Monday – although it is likely too late to catch the top two despite a surprise loss for Haywards Heath at relegation-threatened Lancing on Tuesday.
Seb Vance (shoulder) is still absent and Charlton Gauvain is rested after injuring his toe last weekend. Ben Solway, Tom Vaudin, Jacob Fallaize, Fin du Port and Jamie Dodd are all unavailable but Dave Merris returns from suspension while Simon Arnold is fit again and Tom Dodds is pushing for a recall. GFC could also have a new debutant with midfielder Alfie Torode, who has only just turned 16, getting his first call-up. He plays his youth football with Vale Recreation and has made one appearance for their senior team.
The Sarnians have won 16 of their last 19 games but two of their three defeats have come in their last six games. The 19 game spell started with an 8-0 rout of their hosts back in November, which saw Sam Murray bag a hat-trick. The Boars have lost their last four games and won only two of their last 12 league games in 2026, but they are well safe from relegation and look set for another midtable finish having come 10th last season.

Guernsey FC Women have their penultimate trip on the season to Wimborne Town on Easter Sunday looking for a third win in a row.
The Green Lionesses would leapfrog their opponents with a win to climb into the top half of the Southern Region Women’s Division One South table.
Last weekend’s late win thanks to Ruby Smith secured back-to-back wins at this level for the first time for Anna Gauvain’s side. In-form Smith has scored six goals in her last five games and needs one more to make it into the top five outright. She and Codie Le Flem are battling it out to finish behind Calleigh Hedley in the race for the golden boot.
There has been a fitness boost with Kellie Creed, Adrienne Leech, Amy Dallamore and Kirstie Marquis all returning to the squad, while Alana Hockey will reclaim the starting goalkeeper spot with Emma Queripel not travelling. Scarlett Gallagher is able to help out again on her Easter holiday from university. Heidi Dawber, Elise Le Lacheur and Rochelle Mullen are unavailable.
The full travelling squad is as follows: Alana Hockey, Scarlett Kenneally, Kellie Creed, Aimee Ogier, Jess Frampton, Mollie Watson, Eleanor Jamieson, Candice Bougourd, Scarlett Gallagher, Amy Dallamore, Donna Gallienne, Kirstie Marquis, Adrienne Leech, Codie Le Flem, Ruby Smith.
