It was a tactical and counter-attacking mastercalss as Matt Loaring ran clear to open the scoring with Dom Heaume doubling the lead from close range before half-time.
The Green Lions defended solidly and never really looked threatend, even with Nigel Hutton and Glyn Dyer – normally attack-minded players – as the full-backs.
Ross Allen got his customary goal before laying on a chance for Marc McGrath to make it four in the dying minutes.
