The Green Lions weren’t actually as bad as the scoreline suggests, in fact they did okay for the most part. It was just that every slight opening was ruthlessly punished by perhaps the strongest side Tony Vance’s side have ever come up against at this level, full of pace, strength, tempo and pressing.
