Matt Loaring had already given the Green Lions an early lead when full-back Isabelle drifted in from the left touchline to rifle home five minutes before half-time.
Greg Cundle halved the deficit from the spot eight minutes into the second half but Craig Young made the game safe after a neat move involving Loaring in the last minute.
