Guernsey FC Women are back in cup action on Friday in their first outing of 2024.
The Green Lionesses take on Crawley in their third match since forming in the summer. Having reached the second round of the Isthmian Women’s Cup (they were knocked out 2-1 by Bognor Regis Town after a 6-1 debut thrashing of Corinthian-Casuals), this time they start in the second round stage of the Combined Counties Football League Women’s Cup.
There could be debuts for Amy Dallamore, Sophie Gallienne, Heather Smith, Bella Ogier, and Guernsey’s Island Games standout player Calleigh Hedley, who also scored in the 2023 Women’s Muratti.
Sian Butt, Emily Pike, Katie Watson, Steph Batiste, Kayleigh Marquis are those not travelling from their last trip to Bognor Regis in November.

Crawley are in the Premier Division of the London & South East Women’s Regional Football League. They are currently bottom with one points from 14 games. They also received a bye in the first round.
