We thought the wait was finally over, but it will stretch into another week with the news that Guernsey’s trip to Sutton Common Rovers has been postponed due to the heavy rain forecast.
Sutton Common groundshare with League Two side Sutton United, but the Green Lions will have to wait until their visit there.
Instead, our home fixture against the Commoners has been brought forward to next Saturday, 9th October, meaning we will kick off our season at Footes Lane.
Further information, including for season ticket holders, will be announced in due course.
