Guernsey will kick off the 2026-27 Southern Combination Premier Division season at home on 1st August.
The full fixture list is yet to be confirmed, but with the SCFL starting early, clubs have been given extra time to plan with the release of the first two rounds of fixtures.
Pagham are the team who will travel to Victoria Park on that date. They were the first away side to triumph on the island last season, coming away with a 4-2 win, and were the only side to not lose a game to the Sarnians in the league (Horsham YM also did the double over us but we beat them in the play-off semi-final).
Then it’s straight on to a reunion with relegated East Grinstead Town on the evening of Tuesday 4th August. The Wasps dropped out of Isthamian South East last season after collecting just six points.
There will then be a couple of weeks’ break from league action after that so the Green Lions can host Crowborough Athletic in the FA Cup extra-preliminary round on 8th August before heading to Newhaven for the first qualifying round of the FA Vase on Sat 15th.
The Pagham game will kick off at 2pm. The rest of the league fixtures will be released in around a week’s time.
