Both Guernsey FC’s men’s and women’s team’s fixtures this weekend have been postponed.
Tony Vance’s Green Lions were due to travel to Sussex to take on Bexhill United, while Anna Guavain’s Green Lionesses were set to take on AFC Varsity in Hampshire.
Early calls have been made due to the recent weather affecting playing surfaces, with more wet weather due over the weekend.
Thank you to both clubs to making early decisions and saving unnecessary travel.
We will share rearranged dates as soon as they are confirmed.
Both teams are back in action next week when Roffey come to Victoria Park to take on the men’s team on Saturday 22nd November, while the Lionsesses welcome Bemerton Heath Harlequins on Sunday 23rd.
