Kieran Mahon is set to make his 150th appearance for Guernsey on Tuesday evening as they seek revenge at Binfield for a defeat at Footes Lane last month.
The midfielder missed the previous midweek trip to Bedfont Sports and was then denied his milestone on Saturday as the Chipstead game was postponed.
It will be a new trip for GFC’s faithful Manelanders against a side who have failed to win the four league games they have played since their win in Guernsey in January.
That was a night to forget for Tony Vance’s side, who rarely looked like scoring after Ross Allen’s first-half penalty to level the scores, with two goals for the visitors in the second half sealing the points.
Neither side can move anywhere in the table this evening but the Green Lions would put themselves within touching distance of the teams above them and set themselves up for a rise into a comfortable midtable position over the next few games.
The Berkshire side are new to this level, having been promoted to Isthmian South Central from the Hellenic Premier League based on their performances over the abandoned 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons.
