Guernsey have another home tie for the first round proper of the Izuzu FA Vase, and another new opponents with the draw confirming we will be hosting Staplehurst Monarchs.
Staplehurst are based in Maidstone, Kent, and play in Division One of the Southern Counties East League, where they finished ninth last season. They were admitted to Step Six in 2021, advancing from the Kent County League.
Monarchs will at least match their best performance in the competition, having reached the first round in their debut in 2021-22.
The game will take place on the weekend of Saturday 18th October. We will announce more details about tickets and kick-off time when we have confirmed with the opposition.
