Guernsey end November with an important clash against new opponent Moneyfields on Saturday afternoon.

A win will reduce the gap between the pair (who are 20th and 15th respectively) to five points, bringing the Moneys in reach of the Green Lions as we will still have two games in hand. Avoiding a slip back down to 21st is also on the cards for the Sarnians as they aim to move into the Christmas period with a positive outlook.

Kieran Mahon comes back into contention having been given the all clear after his nasty clash of heads with Tom Vaudin against Hanworth Villa, but Vaudin has been advised to sit out one more week.

Guernsey's win over Hanworth Villa was our first at Footes Lane since January, ending a club record for home games without victory. But we still have just two wins this season and need to pick up the points quickly to be in a more comfortable position come the new year.

Moneyfields were promoted as champions of the Wessex League last season. Their move up a level started slowly but the wins started trickling in from October and they have won two of their last four to move away from the bottom four.

Saturday's match kicks off at 2pm. Fans unable to make it to Footes Lane can listen to live commentary on our @GuernseyFC X Space and keep up to date via our social media channels. GFCTV highlights will be uploaded to our YouTube and social media channels after the game, with a full match report on the website.
