Teenage goalkeeper signed from Herne Bay to replace the suddenly-departing Callum Stanton in February 2022. Kept a clean sheet on his debut against Sutton Common Rovers.
Hanley, a Green Lion fan, has local connections as the son of a Guernseyman, which brought him to the attention of Tony Vance. Played 20 games in his first season before opting to move further north to study medicine in Leicester, but answered the Green Lions’ call again in January 2025, resigned to cover the absences of Josh Addison and Seb Sheppard.
